Australia-Wide Shipping

• We ship to all states and territories across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.
• All engines are professionally prepared, strapped, and palletised for safe transport.
• Shipping is handled by trusted major carriers (TNT, Couriers Please, or specialised freight companies depending on size and location).

Delivery Times

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days after dispatch
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Important Shipping Information

• All outboard motors and JDM engines are shipped fully insured against damage or loss during transit.
• Engines are securely palletised and shrink-wrapped for maximum protection.
• Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for having suitable equipment (forklift, engine hoist, or sufficient manpower) to unload heavy items upon delivery.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If the engine arrives damaged, you must note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a claim with the courier and organise a replacement or refund.
