• All engines sold are pre-owned (used) unless otherwise stated.
• We make every reasonable effort to provide accurate descriptions, photos, and condition reports.
• Minor cosmetic wear, scratches, surface rust, and signs of previous use are normal for used engines.
• All engines are sold on an “as-is” basis unless a specific written warranty is clearly stated on the product page or invoice.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Full payment is required before dispatch unless credit terms have been approved in writing.
• We accept secure payment methods including bank transfer and credit card.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping is offered across Australia.
• International shipping starts from $250 AUD (flat rate for standard engines).
• Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Risk passes to the customer once the goods are dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for safe unloading of heavy engines.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Warranty

Unless explicitly stated in writing, all engines are sold without warranty. Any limited warranty will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure the engine is compatible with your application before purchase.
• Have the engine professionally inspected and installed by a qualified technician.
• Use and maintain the engine according to manufacturer guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluey’s Engine Shop Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
