Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of used outboard motors and JDM engines from Bluey’s Engine Shop in Warragul, Victoria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

All engines are pre-owned unless stated otherwise.
We provide honest descriptions, photos, and compression test reports.
Normal wear and tear is expected on used items.
Engines are sold on an “as-is” basis unless a specific warranty is stated on the product page.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Full payment required before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Free shipping across Australia on most items.
International shipping available — contact us for a quote.
Risk passes to the buyer upon dispatch.
Buyer responsible for safe unloading of heavy items.
