Important Australian Consumer Law Notice:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

All returns must be in original secure packaging

14-Day Inspection Period

You have 14 days from delivery to inspect the engine. Returns are only accepted for major undisclosed issues.

1. What Qualifies for Return or Refund

Major mechanical fault not disclosed in the listing or compression report.
Engine significantly different from description (wrong model, horsepower, etc.).
Significant undisclosed damage affecting performance.

2. What Does NOT Qualify

Change of mind or wrong choice for your application.
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues.
Damage after delivery (installation, misuse, accident).
Engine that has been started, fitted, or modified.
Electrical parts, seals, or consumables.

3. Return Process

Contact us within 14 days at sales@blueysengineshop.com.au with invoice number and evidence (photos/videos).
We review and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, follow our return instructions. Return in original packaging where possible.
Customer pays return freight unless major undisclosed fault.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds issued minus 15% restocking fee (standard for used engines).
Full refund (no fee) only for major undisclosed faults or incorrect description.
Processed within 7 business days after inspection.
