Engines are securely palletised and shrink-wrapped for maximum protection.
Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Customers are responsible for having suitable equipment (forklift, engine hoist, or sufficient manpower) to unload heavy items upon delivery.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If the engine arrives damaged, you must note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a claim with the courier and organise a replacement or refund.
