1. Australia-Wide Free Shipping

We offer Free Shipping to all locations across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and remote areas.

• Every engine is professionally prepared, securely strapped, palletised, and shrink-wrapped for maximum protection during transit.
• We partner with trusted major freight carriers including TNT, Couriers Please, and specialised heavy freight companies.
• All engines are fully insured against loss or damage while in transit.

2. Estimated Delivery Times (Australia)

Please Note: These are estimated times only. Actual delivery may vary depending on carrier schedules, weather conditions, or remote location access.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $250 AUD for most standard engines.

Additional charges may apply for oversized or extremely heavy engines. For a personalised quote, packaging details, export documentation, and import requirements for your country, please contact us.

4. Important Information

• A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your engine is dispatched.
• You will receive clear photos and a detailed condition report of the engine before shipping.
• Engines are heavy items. Customers are responsible for having suitable unloading equipment (forklift, engine hoist, or adequate manpower) at the delivery address.
• We strongly recommend inspecting the engine immediately upon arrival and noting any damage on the delivery receipt.

5. Damaged Goods Policy

If your engine arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt / consignment note.
2. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damage.
3. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@blueysengineshop.com.au.

We will promptly lodge a claim with the courier and work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
